The Ten Step Growing Room Franchise Process

Step One: Review The Growing Room Franchising information thoroughly and inquire and/or complete an application.

Step Two: Request a Confidential Franchise Package through our website. Once received and reviewed, submit your Franchise Application.

Step Two: Speak with our Franchising Department in a series of phone calls to confirm your interest and answer your questions. Complete application if not done so already.

Step Three: Review of Franchise Application - When we receive the completed application we will review it and confirm that you are qualified to open a Growing Room Franchised Center.  

Step Four:  You will receive a copy of our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which provides very detailed information on our company and our franchising program. You will be required to sign a receipt acknowledging you have received the FDD. The FDD can be received via email or mailed hard copy.

Step Five: You will have a call to discuss any questions about the FDD with a Franchising Representative.

Step Six: Meeting at the Corporate Office - Your initial meeting will be held at the Growing Room Corporate Office and will include a full presentation regarding Growing Room and our Franchise Program. You will also be given a tour of one or more of our company owned Child Care centers and a franchised center. You will also have the opportunity to meet the members of our executive team, who provide training and support to our franchisees.

Step Seven: Business Plan Meeting - At this meeting we ask you to submit a preliminary business plan. 

Step Eight: Approval and Signing of Franchise Agreement - After the Business Plan Meeting, the Franchise committee will review all submitted information and make the determination whether to proceed into a franchise relationship with you. If approved, we will prepare the Franchise Agreement and supporting documents and will set a meeting with you to sign the agreement.

Step Nine: We will guide you through the process of opening your center.

Step Ten:  After your center is up and running, we will continue to provide ongoing support to you as needed to ensure you are operating a successful center.
