Curriculum

Many important educational concepts are being practiced at the Growing Room every day that are often interpreted as just games and play! From our babies through our five year olds, we work daily on developmental skills that will form the foundation for your child’s educational success.

We believe that young children should be active learners, developing at their own pace. Our curriculum is teacher initiated, and child directed. Our teachers are loving, nurturing, trained professionals who have a genuine interest in our children, and bring many great experiences to the classroom. The children take what the teacher offers, and create their own learning experience, based on what they already know, and what they want to learn.

Our preschool has a child-centered environment designed to encourage learning through awareness, exploration, inquiry and utilization. Our children are allowed experiences that will encourage independence and build confidence.
